Dear Friends--we haven't gotten paid for around 3 months. This company has not paid us the thousands of of hard earned dollars they owe us. Please call them at (570) 424-9848 and ask them to please pay their employees for Christmas.
Now I'm not sure how many of you out there intend to file your taxes for your BTW earnings this coming spring, but it occurs to me, if we don't receive our commission checks by the end of December (like a few days from now), we'll have to file for 2012 earnings in early 2013 (provided we ever actually get paid at all). Am I right? What a huge pain in the ass that's going to be. Thanks BTW!
Has anyone managed to get a hold of Theresa or anyone else since the new year? Any updates from the company at all? I agree, this is a potentially illegal situation on BTW's behalf. We should all make one last effort to contact them to receive a date of payment (at the very least), and if nothing comes of it, honestly consider consulting a lawyer. My guess is that a firm letter from a law firm could get the ball rolling on their end. Thoughts?
