I too would REALLY like to avoid contacting (and paying for) a lawyer. The other day I looked on the Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry website and found a Wage Complaint form. I called and spoke to a rather unhelpful woman about it. Right off the bat, she stated that they can't pursue companies for commission owed, but she also said that I should fill out the form anyway and maybe something would come of it. I hope that's the case. As I see it, BTW owes us more than just commission, they owe us travel reimbursement and (in my case anyway) DOT card reimbursement. I filled it out and submitted it. Maybe if like sixty complaints came in all at once for this one shitty company, the state would actually take it seriously. That's my two cents. Oh, and I guess we can just start/keep calling and hounding Theresa's voicemail and email every single day. Other thoughts?
Think we'll get our W2's sometime this year? How is that gonna work out seeing as how we HAVENT BEEN PAID? I was looking forward to doing mine early this year. Fuckers.
